These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services operated by Hamma Ridge Ventures LLC ("Hamma Ridge," "we," "our," or "us"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all of our products (each a "Product," together the "Services"), which share a single account and sign-in system:

  • DropInto — a private shared space (video, photo wall, events, chat) for groups.
  • LaunchScore — startup-idea validation with public landing pages.
  • PawModel — AI-generated images and videos of your pet.
  • VelocityKit — a SaaS starter kit sold as source code and tools.
  • WordIt — assisted drafting of complaint letters and documents.
  • Jeep Life Journal — an informational and affiliate content blog.

Product-specific terms are called out where they apply. If a clause references a Product you do not use, it does not apply to you.

1. Accounts

To access most features you must create an account or sign in with a supported provider (such as Google). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Keep your credentials secure and confidential;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account; and
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your single Hamma Ridge account may be used across our Products. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Spaces, studios, and organizations. Some Products let you create shared workspaces. The creator/owner controls member access and is responsible for content created within them. Leaving a workspace does not necessarily delete content you contributed.

2. Description of the Services

  • DropInto provides private group spaces with video calling, a photo/memory wall, events, wishlists, and chat. Free spaces may display advertisements; premium spaces do not.
  • LaunchScore is a multi-tenant platform for validating startup ideas, including AI-generated landing pages, demand metrics (Interest Score), custom-domain support, and team collaboration.
  • PawModel trains a custom AI model of your pet from photos you upload and generates images and short videos.
  • VelocityKit is a developer starter kit delivered as licensed source code, documentation, and tools (see Section 4 and Section 6).
  • WordIt helps you draft complaint letters and related documents, including via voice input and AI assistance.
  • Jeep Life Journal publishes informational articles, buying guides, and product reviews, and contains affiliate links.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe others' rights;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
  • Share your account credentials with others;
  • Create content or pages for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
  • Collect email addresses or personal data under false pretenses or for spam; or
  • Generate excessive load or abuse rate limits or APIs.

Additional, Product-specific prohibitions appear in Section 7.

4. Billing, Plans, and Refunds

Billing models vary by Product:

  • Subscriptions (LaunchScore, WordIt, DropInto premium). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access to paid features through the end of the current period. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Credits (PawModel). PawModel uses credits, available as one-time credit packs and/or an optional subscription that grants credits. Credits are consumed per action (such as training a model or generating images or video). Pack credits do not expire; subscription credits may be subject to a rollover cap as described at purchase.
  • One-time license (VelocityKit). VelocityKit is sold as a perpetual license to the source code with a defined period of updates. Because it provides immediate access to digital source code, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once access is granted, except where required by law. See the license terms in Section 6.
  • Free (Jeep Life Journal). Jeep Life Journal is free to read and is supported by affiliate revenue and advertising.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited as described above; if you experience a significant service issue, contact us.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of content you create or upload using the Services. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process your content as necessary to operate and provide the Services to you.

AI-generated content. For Products that generate AI output (PawModel, LaunchScore, WordIt), you may use the output for your own purposes, subject to these Terms. You acknowledge that AI output may be inaccurate, may require review and editing, and is not professional advice, and that you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content. We do not use your content to train models shared with other customers or third parties.

Subscriber and visitor data (LaunchScore). Email addresses and feedback collected through landing pages you publish belong to you, and you are responsible for handling that data in compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Our content. Except for your content and third-party materials, the Services and all related software, text, and graphics are owned by Hamma Ridge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

6. VelocityKit License

VelocityKit source code is licensed, not sold. Subject to your purchase and these Terms, you receive a license to use the source code to build your own applications. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the source code, in whole or substantial part, including to create a competing starter kit or template. License scope (such as per-seat or per-organization use) and the included update period are as described at the time of purchase.

7. Product-Specific Terms

  • PawModel — content moderation and safety. You may upload only images you have the right to use. Uploads are automatically screened for unlawful content; we cooperate with law enforcement and report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by law. Trained pet models are stored with our AI provider; you may request deletion.
  • PawModel — dispute resolution. Disputes relating to PawModel are subject to binding arbitration and a class-action waiver, with a 30-day opt-out, as further described in Section 11.
  • WordIt — not legal advice. WordIt helps you draft documents but does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. WordIt is intended for users 18 and older.
  • LaunchScore — custom domains and public pages. If you use custom domains, you must own or be authorized to use the domain and are responsible for DNS configuration. You may not impersonate other brands. Public landing pages may be indexed by search engines and are subject to your plan's limits.
  • Jeep Life Journal — informational only; affiliates. Content is for general information only and is not professional advice; do your own research before purchasing. The site contains affiliate links (including Amazon Associates), and we may earn commissions on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
  • DropInto — private spaces and advertising. Spaces are private to invited members. Free spaces may display advertising. You are responsible for content you share with your space.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party providers (including Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, PostHog, fal, Creatomate, Daily.co, and Amazon Associates). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that metrics such as LaunchScore's Interest Score will accurately predict outcomes; or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs. The Services provide tools and do not guarantee any particular result or business success.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMMA RIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification and Dispute Resolution

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hamma Ridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us; if it is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue available remedies.

Arbitration (PawModel). For disputes arising from your use of PawModel, you and Hamma Ridge agree to resolve them through binding individual arbitration and waive the right to participate in a class action, except that you may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. For all other Products, disputes may be brought in the courts referenced above.

12. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms here and, for material changes, provide additional notice such as email to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Product-specific terms presented to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hamma Ridge regarding the Services.
