Privacy Policy

Hamma Ridge Ventures LLC

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Hamma Ridge Ventures LLC ("Hamma Ridge," "we," "our," or "us") operates a family of products that share a single account system and sign-in (including "Sign in with Google"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information across all of our products.

This single policy covers each of the following products (each a "Product," together the "Services"):

ProductWhat it does
DropIntoA private, invite-only shared space for families and close groups — video calls, a photo/memory wall, events and birthdays, wishlists, and chat.
LaunchScoreA tool for validating startup ideas — scoring demand and generating public landing pages to collect email signups and feedback.
PawModelA consumer app that trains a custom AI model of your pet from your photos and generates images and short video reels.
VelocityKitA production-ready SaaS starter kit sold as source code, documentation, and developer tools.
WordItA tool that helps you draft complaint letters and related documents, including via voice input.
Jeep Life JournalAn informational content and product-review blog for Jeep owners, supported by affiliate links.

Because our Products share one Google OAuth application and account system, the data practices below are described at the platform level, with product-specific details called out where they differ. If a section does not apply to a Product you use, it does not apply to you.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information. When you create an account or sign in with Google, we collect your email address and basic profile information (name and profile photo) from your authentication provider, or your email and a securely hashed password if you register directly. We never store passwords in plain text.
  • Profile and organization information. Display name, avatar, and the names and settings of any spaces, studios, or organizations you create.
  • Product content you create or upload, which varies by Product:
    • DropInto: uploaded photos and "memories," chat messages, events and birthdays, wishlists, and invitations.
    • LaunchScore: startup idea details (titles, descriptions, target audiences), landing-page content, and the email addresses and feedback that visitors submit to landing pages you publish.
    • PawModel: pet profiles (name, species, breed, notes) and the pet photos you upload for training (typically 10–20 images per pet), plus the images and videos we generate for you.
    • WordIt: complaint descriptions, recipient details, attachments (photos, audio), and voice recordings and their transcripts.
    • Jeep Life Journal: newsletter sign-ups and contact-form submissions (name, email, message).
  • Payment information. For paid Products, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment-card details. We do not store your full card number — only a tokenized reference and the last four digits for display.
  • Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise correspond with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken, via PostHog analytics (which may include session replay).
  • Device and log data — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, device identifiers, IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
  • Product metrics — for LaunchScore, visitor counts, signup conversions, and feedback submissions for public landing pages; for Jeep Life Journal, affiliate link-click events.
  • Push notification tokens — for Products that offer push notifications (e.g. DropInto, PawModel), the subscription endpoint and keys needed to deliver them.

Information from third parties

If you sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider according to your settings with them. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate you and operate your shared account across Products;
  • Generate the AI-powered outputs you request (see Section 3);
  • Calculate product features such as LaunchScore's Interest Score;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions, credits, and licenses;
  • Send transactional and service communications (e.g. sign-up confirmations, password resets, billing notices, "your result is ready" alerts) via Resend;
  • Respond to your questions and support requests;
  • Monitor, analyze, and understand usage and trends to improve the Products;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • Moderate content and comply with our legal obligations (see Section 8); and
  • Enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Artificial Intelligence

Several Products use artificial intelligence to generate content at your request:

  • PawModel trains a custom model (adapter) of your individual pet from the photos you upload, then generates images and short video reels.
  • LaunchScore generates landing-page copy and hero images.
  • WordIt generates draft complaint letters and transcribes voice input to text.

AI processing for our Products is performed through managed AI infrastructure (the Vercel AI Gateway) and, for image, audio, and video media, specialized media providers (such as fal and Creatomate). When you request an AI output, the relevant inputs (for example, your pet photos, idea text, or voice recording) are transmitted to these providers solely to produce your result.

  • We do not use your content to train models that are shared with, or made available to, other customers or third parties. A model trained on your pet's photos is for your use only.
  • Photos and other inputs are sent to AI providers to perform the task you requested and are not retained by those providers for unrelated purposes.

AI output disclaimer. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions and are provided for drafting and informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before relying on it.

4. Public and Shared Information

Some Products make certain information public or visible to others:

  • LaunchScore. When you enable a public landing page or studio portfolio, that content (titles, descriptions, benefits, features, hero images, studio name and branding, and any custom-domain associations) becomes publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines. You can disable public access at any time in your settings.
  • DropInto. Content you post in a space (photos, messages, events, wishlists) is visible to the other members of that private space.
  • Jeep Life Journal. Any comments or contributions you submit may be displayed publicly.

5. How We Share Information

When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We record affiliate link clicks for analytics. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it, except where longer retention is required by law:

  • Account data: retained while active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Product content (ideas, pets, memories, documents): retained while associated with your account.
  • Subscriber / contact data: retained until you or the relevant account owner delete it.
  • Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized over time.
  • Payment records: retained as required for tax and accounting compliance (typically up to 7 years).

8. Sensitive Content and Safety

Some Products handle particularly sensitive content and apply additional safeguards:

  • PawModel automatically screens uploaded images for unlawful content. We use automated classification to detect child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other prohibited content. Where required by law, we report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and may preserve related information for that purpose.
  • WordIt processes voice recordings and transcripts you provide. You should avoid including more sensitive personal information than necessary in your inputs.
  • DropInto stores user-uploaded family photos and facilitates private video calls; this content is restricted to the members of your space.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS;
  • Securely hashed passwords;
  • Database protection using Row Level Security (RLS) policies;
  • Payment handling by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe);
  • Rate limiting to protect against abuse; and
  • Regular security reviews and dependency updates.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use:

  • Essential cookies required for authentication and core functionality;
  • Analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand usage; and
  • Preference cookies to remember your settings (such as your active space or studio).

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Port your data in a portable format; and
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

EU/EEA/UK residents (GDPR). You have the rights above and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect (which may include identifiers, account and customer records, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation inferred from IP, audio/visual information such as photos and voice recordings, and inferences), to request deletion and correction, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 15. We will verify your request before acting on it.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Products are intended for adults. Age requirements differ by Product:

  • WordIt is intended only for users 18 and older.
  • PawModel is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA).
  • All other Products are not directed to individuals under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Push Notifications

Where a Product offers push notifications (for example, DropInto activity alerts or PawModel "your model/images are ready" alerts), we store the subscription tokens needed to deliver them. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device or browser settings.

14. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected wherever it is processed.

15. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will provide additional notice, such as email to account holders.
